Buenos Aires, January 27 (NA) -- The National Social Security Administration (ANSES) officially announced this Tuesday the new values for Family Allowances that will be effective from February 2026, applying a 2.85% increase in line with the mobility formula that adjusts monthly for inflation. Through Resolution 23/2026, published today in the Official Bulletin with the signature of Executive Director Fernando Omar Bearzi, the agency established the new amounts and income thresholds in force to access the collection of the family salary (SUAF) and other benefits of Law 24.714. The new threshold to stop receiving One of the key points of the regulation is the update of the 'ceiling' of income allowed to receive the benefit. According to Article 4 of the resolution, if one of the members of the family group receives an income higher than $2,646,379, the entire group will be excluded from collecting the allowances, regardless of whether the sum of family income does not exceed the maximum global cap. Who it affects The 2.85% increase will impact the pockets of:Workers in an employment relationship (public and private).Monotributistas (simplified tax regime payees).Retirees and pensioners.Beneficiaries of Unemployment Insurance.Holders of the Universal Child Allowance (AUH) and Pregnancy Allowance (AUE), whose amounts are also adjusted by this index.Beneficiaries of Non-Contributory Pensions. The update responds to Decree 274/24, which modified the mobility formula for pensions and allowances, establishing monthly updates based on the Consumer Price Index (IPC) published by INDEC, with a two-month lag. Likewise, the resolution ratifies that the Annual School Grant, which is paid massively in March, will also be updated by mobility, although its final value will be adjusted once a year on that date.
